To initiate a return, submit a request through our MANNA RETURNS & CLAIMS Portal by entering your email address and order number. The portal will guide you through the return process step by step.

Return Eligibility:

•   Refund request placed within 30 days of receiving your order.
•   Fewer than five sachets must have been used.
•   A $22 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
