International Returns – Do I Have to Pay Taxes or Customs Fees?Updated a month ago

When you submit an international return through our Corso Returns & Claims Portal, your return shipping label is automatically generated and typically includes all necessary customs documentation.

Because the shipment is classified as “Returned Goods”, you should not be required to pay any additional taxes, import duties, or customs fees when sending the item back.

To ensure a smooth return:

  • Please use the label exactly as provided—do not change the declared value or item description.

  • If prompted by your local postal service or customs agent, clearly state that the package contains “Returned Goods”.

  • Keep your receipt and tracking number in case there are any questions during transit.

In rare cases, a local carrier may charge a small processing fee, but this is uncommon and often avoidable by following the above steps.
